From my original post, that will probably get lost:
What is a “dissident” you might wonder. Simply defined it is a dissenter from political orthodoxy, or disagreeing, as in opinion or belief.
From Wikipedia: A dissident, broadly defined, is a person who actively challenges an established doctrine, policy, or institution. When dissidents unite for a common cause they often effect a dissident movement.
There isnt much that I agree with on either side of the political debate but I call that “disagreeing” I feel that dissent has a much more powerful message and meaning than disagreement.
I am interested more in legal dissent, judicial dissent, dissent from the occupiers of the courts and the dissent from their corruption, backdoor deals, and pay off schemes that harm us all by allowing either dangerous precedent, or by ignoring stare decisis.
I dissent from the recent schemology to lock us all out of access to the courts by way of economics.
And I dissent from the backstabbing “rule of law” that allows lawyers and judges to run rampant over your Constitutional rights ( state and federal ) and who have to resort to cheating and utilizing Wal Mart litigation to win their unseemly cases for their criminal clients.
I have a 20 year battle going on in the Maryland courts that will continue until I feel that every single defendant has paid the price for his ( and her ) lying, stealing, cheating, and attempts to kill me by many means.
I am making a m0vie about this experience and the experience of others I have met along my long and dissenting road and I am looking for more people who are willing to share their legal experiences with the corruption, and downright illegality of our “judicial system”.
